Tuition payments are due on or before the first day of the month. A late fee of $20 will automatically be charged to accounts past due after the 1st. 2. Tuition is not transferable to another month and/or student. 3. NVDC accepts debit or credit cards. Returned items will have a $20 handling charge. Monthly payments are processed through our Auto Payment System. Please stop by the office or sign up with your registration form to enroll (re-enrollment is required each session). In the Auto Payment System, the total balance due each month will be deducted from your account on the last business day of the preceding month. Any changes to your account must be made by the 25th of the preceding month to be reflected on your charges. 4. Any changes to your schedule must be submitted in writing, to the Front Office, before the 25th of the month. If you do not inform NVDC that you are dropping a class before the 25th, you are responsible for that month's tuition/charges. 5. Each student will be charged an annual registration fee of $30.00. There will be a $10.00 re-start fee for any dancer that drops and wishes to re-register during the same season. Registration fees are non-refundable. 6. Tuition remains the same whether it's a 5-week month or shortened month due to holidays. Tuition is not pro-rated, refunded or credited due to absence, holidays, dropping mid-month, and/or dismissal due to violation of NVDC rules &/or policies. 7. Students are encouraged to schedule make-up classes through the front office. Make-ups must be done within the session the class was missed. We do not pro-rate for missed classes. All make-ups are forfeited if the student drops from the class. 8. Please check with the office prior to adding or switching classes for availability. The customer is responsible for notifying the office of any changes in enrollment and charges will be effective at the time of notification (unless otherwise noted). 9. For safety reasons, no student may enter a dance room without an instructor present. Please do not hang or lean on the barres. Also, refrain from touching the mirrors and viewing windows. I am aware that during the dance/gymnastics lessons, or other related activities that I and/or my child(ren) am participating in, under the arrangements of New Vision Dance Center, certain dangers may occur, including, but not limited to, physical injury due to or arising from the dance lessons or other related activities. In consideration of and as part for, the right to participate in such lessons or other related activities as provided by New Vision Dance Center, and its owners, operators, agents, instructors, and other unnamed assistants, I have and do assume all the above mentioned risks and will hold all the aforementioned people harmless from liability, actions, cause of action, debts, claims, demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise of or in connection with the lessons or related activities provided by New Vision Dance Center. The terms therefore shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, executors, and administrators and all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me. I fully understand and agree to the above policies of New Vision Dance Center.
