Lily started her dance training at NVDC when she was three years old ! She has trained in a variety of styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, tap, and hip-hop. During her time at NVDC Lily danced in the studio’s performing company, and competition team. With NVDC Lily had the opportunity to perform in yearly showcases, Nutcracker productions, halftime at the Portland Trail Blazers, Disneyland Performing Arts, as well as competitions such as Tremaine Dance, Radix, and Velocity. Lily started teaching at NVDC in 2021 and has loved sharing the art of dance with her students.

Lily is currently a student at Pacific University Oregon, where she is studying Anthropology and Dance. She is a member of the Pacific Dance Ensemble, a preprofessional university dance company. Lily continues to train in a variety of styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, and modern. One of her favorite parts of dance is performance! She loves being able to perform with the Pacific Dance Ensemble at their annual fall and spring concerts.

Lily teaches a variety of dance styles at NVDC. Her favorite part of teaching is being able to create a community surrounding dance. She loves watching her students grow, and the joy that comes from dance. To dance is to live!
