Kassie grew up dancing at NVDC! She began dancing when she was 4 years old. She trained in various styles including ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, acro, tap, and hip-hop. While at NVDC Kassie was a member of the NVDC Performance Company and Competition Team for many years. During her time there, Kassie got the opportunity to dance at various competitions, Nutcracker performances, yearly showcases, Portland Trail Blazer Games, Disneyland Performing Arts and more! She also danced for the Glencoe High School color guard and traveled to world championships. She still returns to Glencoe color guard for choreography and teaching opportunities. After high school, she joined the George Fox University Cheer and STUNT program for a short time where she furthered her tumbling skills and techniques as a flyer. Kassie currently attends George Fox University where she will soon be graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design.

She began teaching classes in 2021 and has enjoyed sharing her love of dance with students ever since! Kassie loves teaching many styles, but she has a special passion for AcroDANCE. Her favorite part of teaching is "Watching the students grow and getting to stand by them as one of their biggest supporters. I love seeing their excitement as they achieve new skills they have worked so hard for!"
