Bailey began her dance journey at New Vision Dance Center at age 2, and her love for dance only grew from there! She danced throughout her childhood and joined the NVDCo Competition team at age 12, where she competed and performed at various events until she graduated in 2025.

Bailey started teaching dance classes at New Vision Dance Center in 2023 while she was still a student herself. On days she’s away from the studio, she also works as a CNA! Bailey’s favorite part about teaching at NVDC is the kind, supportive environment—she loves how everyone truly feels like family.
